Most of December went on things you'd only notice by them not going wrong. The site had grown quickly, and the sums were still being done in places they shouldn't be.
Data calls moved to the server
Requests to price and news providers are now made by the Squirrel Stocks server rather than your browser, which keeps the keys for those services out of the page.
Faster loading
Slow database queries behind sign-in and the dashboard were fixed, along with a batch of security and load-handling issues.
One set of building blocks
Buttons, modals and charts were rebuilt as shared components, so a fix or a redesign reaches every page at once. The home page and the import flow were refreshed at the same time.
Dividends record themselves
The automatic recording of dividends from the stocks you hold was reworked, so your dividend history fills in without you entering anything.
