The Balance Sheet widget's Assets view. Adds your holdings, cash, crypto, precious metals, collectible cards and everything else you enter on the Portfolio page — a home, a pension, bonds — into one total, with each part's share.
WHY IT HELPS
Shows your whole financial picture rather than just the stock portfolio, and — once you record liabilities — your net worth.
HOW IT'S CALCULATED
Total Assets = holdings value + Total Cash + crypto + property + pensions + bonds + precious metals + collectible cards + other assets. Crypto is Wallet Value plus any crypto balance typed in; wallets are only added once they are valued in your portfolio currency, otherwise they are left out with a note. Precious metals and collectible cards follow the same rule (see Precious Metal Value and Collectible Card Value). Property counts at full value (its mortgage is a liability). Share = part ÷ Total Assets × 100. Net Worth (shown when liabilities exist) = Total Assets − Total Liabilities.
