IN PLAIN ENGLISH
Shows what the bonds, crypto balances, vehicles, property and other assets you typed in are worth against what you paid for them — in total, then every asset from the biggest gain to the biggest loss. It's the Gainers & Losers widget with Bonds, property, crypto & other assets vs price paid picked as its data. The values and what you paid are entered on the Portfolio page.
WHY IT HELPS
Shows which of the things you track by hand are up on what you paid and which are down, the way a portfolio's gains do for shares.
HOW IT'S CALCULATED
For each asset: Gain/Loss = value today − what you paid for it; % = Gain/Loss ÷ paid × 100. Value today is the amount you last entered — nothing here is priced live, so a gain moves only when you update the value (see Asset Gain/Loss). Paid, Worth now and Gain/Loss add up only the assets that have a paid value in your portfolio currency; the rest are counted in the note underneath. Pensions can't carry a paid value, so they never appear.
