IN PLAIN ENGLISH
Whether the wallet is one coin or many — a token at 90% means the wallet rises and falls with that token.
FULL DEFINITION
How much of a crypto wallet's value a single token, or a single chain, makes up.
EXAMPLE
ETH worth £375 in a wallet worth £500: 375 ÷ 500 × 100 = 75%.
HOW IT'S CALCULATED
Share = the token's value ÷ the wallet's total value × 100. A token held on more than one chain is added up first, and a chain's share is that chain's value ÷ the wallet's total. The total counts priced tokens and NFTs at their floor price (see Crypto Wallet Value); a token with no price has no share and isn't in the total. Values use the latest stored daily exchange rate, which cancels out of the percentage.
